Fixed Skype High CPU Usage #

• skype 8.69.0.77 is low cpu usage for my computer

• 1/2 Remove Skype and install it by choco

choco install skype --version 8.69.0.77
choco pin ordered list
choco pin add --name="'skype'" --version="'8.69.0.77'"

• 2/2 disable Skype auto update
  1. Quit Skype
  2. Goto C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Skype for Desktop\
  3. Rename skype-setup.exe to skype-setup.exe.bk or delete the file
  4. Create a new folder in this directory and name it skype-setup.exe
